We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our care team, you will provide emotional support and guidance to our young people, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and self-care skills, and encouraging our young people to participate in activities that foster their confidence and sense of belonging.
With a focus on providing high-quality care and support, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, plus an average of 7 sleep ins per month at the rate of £55 per sleep in. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and a cycle to work scheme.
