We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Development Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform sales strategies
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
