We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Health Care Professional to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality care to our communities. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of families in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of antenatal and postnatal care programs, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
  • Complete mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding activities, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our patients.
  • Support the supervision and development of colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Undertake a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions, adapting to the unique needs of each patient and family.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance the quality of care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.

Requirements

  • Registered health care professional (NMC registration)
  • Health-related degree and evidence of relevant post-graduate development
  • Evidence of specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience in managing health-related projects/complex caseloads
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and IT packages

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
