Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Culinary Support Staff member to become part of our dedicated and professional kitchen team.
Full-time position (40 hours per week, 5 days a week)
The ideal candidate should be prepared to commence training and orientation promptly.

Key Duties:
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items manually or using dishwashing machinery
  • Ensure the kitchen environment is tidy and organized consistently
  • Properly dispose of waste and adhere to recycling protocols
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
  • Comply with all health and safety standards and regulations
  • Keep the kitchen and adjacent areas in a clean state at all times
  • Support other kitchen sections as needed
  • Uphold high standards of health and safety
  • Assist with inventory management when necessary
  • Help with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the culinary team

Essential Qualifications:
Dependable and trustworthy
Prior experience in a similar capacity within four or five-star hotels or upscale dining establishments
Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Proficient in English communication
Exhibit a friendly, adaptable, and professional demeanor
