Job Title: Health & Safety Officer - Part Time

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a skilled Health & Safety Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the full remit of an Occupational Health Advisor, including health screening, health surveillance, and case management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions of HR, Safety, and the wider business.
  • Provide clinical advice to support the wellbeing strategy, including wellbeing initiatives across the annual calendar.
  • Assist or deliver regular manager training activities.
  • Lead on projects and drive service delivery improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
