Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Health & Safety Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure that health and safety procedures are followed and that incidents are reported and investigated.
  • Provide training and guidance to site staff on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain permit to work systems to ensure safe execution of works on site.
  • Work with clients to ensure that their health and safety requirements are met.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH OHS Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
