Renal Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality renal services.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with renal disease, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including pre and post-haemodialysis care, and ensure accurate documentation of clinical activities.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, adhering to Diaverum's strict protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews with patients to assess their progress, address concerns, and make adjustments to their care plans as needed.
- Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- NMC registration as a General Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a renal setting, with a strong understanding of renal disease and its management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
