Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling parts to existing and potential customers, with a focus on increasing existing business and generating new business opportunities for our Service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound queries via telephone and email, providing a high-quality professional service.
  • Proactively contact key accounts, merchants, and new customers to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
  • Update customer databases with accurate information and process orders through our system.
  • Communicate with customers and clients as required to resolve queries and issues.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including account management teams and credit control.
  • Meet individual targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing, including credit card transactions.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage information and process in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Sage experience.
Qualifications

Five GCSE passes (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
