Job Title: Part Sales Executive

About the Role

Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling parts to existing and potential customers, with a focus on increasing existing business and generating new business opportunities for our Service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound queries via telephone and email, providing a high-quality professional service to customers.
  • Proactively contact key accounts, merchants, and new customers to promote our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Sage, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
