Data Centre Operations Expert

CBRE is the global leader in real estate services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Operations Expert to join our Central Technical / Centre Of Excellence (COE) Data Centre Team. As an expert adviser, you'll provide technical solutions and guidance on mechanical, electrical, and energy efficiencies within the design, planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational phases of Data Centre Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 24/7 technical support to clients and serve as the primary interface to the CBRE/CLIENT Account Teams.
- Deliver innovative technical solutions to maintain long-term profitability and provide technical guidance and support to Data Centre Maintenance & Operation, Testing, and Commissioning.
- Review plant and system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing Continuous Improvement and benchmarking programmes.
- Support the development of Data Centre Risk assessments and Asset Management Plans.
- Implement appropriate Change control processes and support method statement approval for Data Centres.
- Develop and maintain a service team culture within the account.
- Provide benchmark feasibilities and due diligence of data centre equipment and building infrastructure fabric.
- At least 7-10 years' experience in senior roles in Critical Services operations, design, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience and knowledge of Data Centre Commissioning & Testing processes and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience of Data Centre Load and Airflow Management.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexible approach and a sense of teamwork essential.
- Advanced people/relationship management skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
