Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead our site operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, including maintenance, operations, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of facilities staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track site performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, building services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements and ability to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
