Position Overview:

This unique opportunity as a Revenue Management Specialist is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment within our esteemed hospitality group, known for its twelve luxury all-apartment residences.

As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Revenue team, closely collaborating with the group reservation department and operational teams across our residences. A solid understanding of the hospitality sector and reservation processes is essential, enabling you to contribute effectively to strategic commercial decisions. You should be accustomed to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the agility to adapt to fluctuating market conditions. Experience in revenue management, reservations, or sales within a luxury hotel or apartment setting, along with significant administrative expertise, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present revenue reports for commercial and revenue meetings.
  • Ensure accurate rate updates across all distribution channels.
  • Conduct dynamic pricing adjustments and perform rate audits on various platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
  • Develop expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and other essential tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a revenue or sales capacity within a luxury hospitality context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
  • A commitment to quality and a positive, proactive attitude.
