Job Summary:

SRG Network is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Analyst to join a professional Investment Management team in a dynamic and competitive environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the efficiency of all processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily operations activities, including trade support, reconciliations, and fund administration support.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Generating daily reporting for the investment team.
  • Assisting in the compiling of compliance reporting and regulator returns.
  • Periodic reviews of client KYC/AML requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs Grade 9-4 (must include Mathematics and English) or equivalent.
  • AAT Level 3 or 4 would be ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude.
