We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Anti-Social Behaviour Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our neighbourhoods and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Experience: Immerse yourself in the resident experience, anticipating their requirements and taking proactive steps to meet them. Provide a service that enriches residents' quality of life by fostering safer and more cohesive neighbourhoods.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships and maintain influence with key stakeholders across the business to overcome issues, obstacles, and blockages.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work in collaboration with key partner agencies to safeguard customers, take effective enforcement, and utilise all tools available when addressing cases of ASB.
  • Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-develop and design out crime action plans to resolve nuisance, environmental crime, and ASB within our neighbourhoods with relevant partner agencies.
  • Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Encourage the uptake of mediation among teams for low-level disputes, aiming to prevent issues from escalating to serious ASB.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a relevant professional housing qualification (level 5 or can demonstrate working towards) and be educated to degree level or equivalent, with similar experience gained from roles like Housing Manager, Community Safety/ASB Manager.
  • Experience: Experience in senior management roles within housing, ASB, community engagement, or similar domains, including experience of court proceedings, legal documentation, and dispute resolution techniques.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of current and emerging trends in housing law and legislation, customer service, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate legal issues and propose practical solutions.
