Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our Highways Term Maintenance Contract (HTMC) team based in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a Park and Ride project and a Play Area project, ensuring the best use of resources to maximize return to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and designers to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • NVQ 4 or equivalent
  • CSCS - Supervisor
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme - CITB or equivalent
