  • Manage pre-qualification, quality, and pre-bid submissions

  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to foster relationship culture and obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favourable terms

  • Work closely with the Managing Estimator and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Support junior members of the estimating, surveying, and pre-construction team
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field preferred but not essential
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices
  • Experience of pricing projects both single and two stage tenders and negotiated opportunities
  • Proficient in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Car driver
