Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional care to our service users living independently in one location. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing needs
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn. You don't need prior social care experience, but you'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
