An exciting opportunity has emerged to become part of a reputable local enterprise in Bishop Auckland as an Administrative Coordinator.


As we continue to expand, we seek a proactive, self-assured, and organized individual with a positive mindset and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will be joining a team of accomplished professionals, contributing to the advancement of our already successful business.

While experience in the construction sector is preferred, it is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence and inquiries through email and phone.
- Overseeing the completion of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
- Processing and following up on invoices.
- Coordinating and participating in weekly project meetings.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Developing and maintaining office administrative processes and systems.
- Attending discussions with senior management and clients.
- Organizing equipment for site operations.
- Collaborating with site personnel to ensure proactive outcomes on site.
