In the role of Head of Human Resources Operations, you will take charge of formulating strategies and ensuring that all HR functions within the organization are compliant, lawful, and executed promptly. Your focus will be on pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements, mentoring team members, and ensuring that the HR offerings at Catch22 are continually refined and aligned with organizational needs.
Your leadership will encompass the operational execution of the HR team in the following essential domains:
- HR and Payroll Management
- HR Business Partnering
- HR Information Systems
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the HR systems, Business Partners, and payroll processing teams, guiding the strategy, development, and advancement of these functions.
- Leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to furnish organizational leaders with insights, patterns, and trends pertinent to your teams' activities.
- Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of Catch22 and proposing enhancements to HR processes to fulfill business requirements.
- Fostering positive employee relations and devising strategies for effective communication between management and staff.
- Collaborating with the Director of Employee Experience to establish the annual compensation strategy and recommendations for salary reviews, ensuring alignment with benefits strategies and legal standards.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on employee relations, transfer of undertakings, and change management to effectively mitigate risks and provide valuable insights.
- Engaging with the broader organization to disseminate critical information regarding HR processes and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Chartered CIPD professional with a comprehensive background in HR operations, business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and guiding teams.
- Familiarity with operating within a large, complex organization in a unionized setting.
- Experience in establishing and executing HR processes and strategic plans.
- Expertise in cultural transformation and leadership development methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in driving change and enhancing performance through management teams.
- Experience handling intricate employee relations issues, including transfer of undertakings and change management.
- A genuine passion for people development and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Strong focus on internal and external customer service.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation: Up to £70,000 annually
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Flexibility: Hybrid working model, with two days in the office and three days remote. Flexible working arrangements available.
