As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our care services. This part-time position involves working 16 hours a week, ensuring that our operations align with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure adherence to all care service regulations.
- Conduct daily audits of operational systems.
- Assist the Registered Manager with various compliance-related tasks.
- Facilitate staff supervision sessions.
- Educate staff on company policies, procedures, and Care Standard regulations.
- Participate in relevant meetings to discuss compliance matters.
- Collaborate with the office team to foster a spirit of teamwork.
- Update client and staff reviews in the care management system.
- Coordinate with the Care Quality Assessor to ensure timely completion of reviews.
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in health and social care is preferred.
