Product Genius Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Product Genius to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Product Genius, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with all Park's and our partnering manufacturers' products within your allocated dealership.
  • Keep all dealership staff informed about the latest product information to ensure they have a high level of understanding.
  • Use your product knowledge to assist customers in a non-pressured environment, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Support marketing activities by taking high-quality images of vehicles and utilizing digital and social media platforms for promotion.
  • Actively learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources, including our Park's bespoke Citnow digital vehicle information videos.
  • Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional test drive experiences with our customers, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the requested vehicle.
  • Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting up customers with all the fantastic new features of their new vehicle.
Requirements:
  • A confident and engaging individual with the ability to put people at ease.
  • A passion for automotive technology and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and trends.
  • Dedicated team member with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to help and support others.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • A Full Driver's License or willingness to work towards obtaining one.
