**Job Overview**
We are looking for a hands-on Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid traffic efforts across Central European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing profitability, and expanding our presence in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Poland, and The Netherlands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive overall paid traffic performance across Central European markets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Traffic and other team members to grow online order volume for Central Europe.
- Optimize paid campaigns to meet market-level CPO targets.
- Establish and develop new paid traffic channels to diversify our channel mix and improve profitability.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Translate large amounts of campaign data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach across all paid traffic channels.
- Work closely with teams from E-commerce, marketing, and content.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in online marketing and web analytics.
- Knowledge of brand awareness concepts and measurement.
- Self-learner who stays up-to-date on online marketing and eCommerce trends.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio.
- Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods, including weekends and evenings.
