About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team at BUUK Infrastructure No 2 Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable a successful rollout of our new product by providing exceptional customer support
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service for our commercial solar customers
  • Provide customer support, dealing with queries and escalating where necessary
  • Liaise with customers, engineers, and installation teams via phone, emails, and a ticketing system
  • Provide low-level technical support to help with diagnosis and resolution of cases
  • Keep up-to-date, accurate information on our support database

About You:

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Great communicator both written and verbally
  • Methodical thinking and active problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and be a team player
  • Proactive approach to your work
