Job Opportunity: Administrative Support Coordinator (Temporary, Part Time)

Position: Administrative Support Coordinator

Hours: 21.25 Hours Per Week, Mornings or Afternoons

Contract: Temporary, ASAP, 2 Month Contract

Possibility of Extension: Yes, based on performance

Pay Rate: £12.64 Per Hour (PAYE)

Working Hours:

Location: LE67 3FJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake telephone and reception duties
  • Provide general support to the team including input of legal and medical papers, filing, record keeping, scanning, booking appointments
  • Process requests for webcasts and tributes and allocate finance
  • Communicate with coroner's office, medical practice, and funeral directors to resolve issues with medical and legal papers and appointments
  • Assisting funeral directors and families in collecting memorials, ashes, and paperwork

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level II Business Administration OR Customer Service OR three years' relevant administration experience
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant administrative or office-related qualifications are a plus
