Position: Administrative Support Coordinator
Hours: 21.25 Hours Per Week, Mornings or Afternoons
Contract: Temporary, ASAP, 2 Month Contract
Possibility of Extension: Yes, based on performance
Pay Rate: £12.64 Per Hour (PAYE)
Working Hours:
Location: LE67 3FJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake telephone and reception duties
- Provide general support to the team including input of legal and medical papers, filing, record keeping, scanning, booking appointments
- Process requests for webcasts and tributes and allocate finance
- Communicate with coroner's office, medical practice, and funeral directors to resolve issues with medical and legal papers and appointments
- Assisting funeral directors and families in collecting memorials, ashes, and paperwork
Requirements:
- NVQ Level II Business Administration OR Customer Service OR three years' relevant administration experience
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant administrative or office-related qualifications are a plus
