Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our People team at emh group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Payroll team, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities within the employment lifecycle, including Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, onboarding, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Update and maintain systems in line with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with Recruiting Managers to provide updates for interviews and offers, and assist with offer paperwork.
Requirements
- Experience of working in an office environment providing administration support.
- Effective organisational skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive can-do attitude.
