Job Title: Data Administrator

Location: Coalville (Hybrid: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday)

Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Scheme

About Us

We are a well-established company with a small, growing team in Coalville. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator professional to help maintain our master data file and support the team in ensuring the accuracy of key information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share and manage the workload in a supportive manner.
  • Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
  • Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
  • Team Support: Offer backup support for team members during periods of absence.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders.
  • IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
