Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will operate within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility specializing in precision-engineered components.
In this technical role, you will manage customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing manufacturing route cards to optimize production methods.
2. Collaborating with internal teams and managing external resources as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- HNC level qualification.
- Proficiency in precision engineering processes, including CNC and manual machining, as well as metal fabrication techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications, detailing the processes required for production.
- Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be British Nationals. This role is accessible for individuals from surrounding areas.
