Assembly Fitter

As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our team in Ripley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and fit machined components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Perform precision fitting, aligning, and adjusting of parts to ensure proper functionality.
- Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and gauges to accurately assemble and fit components.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of assembled parts, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes, improve efficiency, and meet production deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Assembly Fitter or similar role in a machining or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
