Job Summary

Lindum Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic minor works team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directly supervising minor construction projects, including small extensions, internal and external refurbishment works, re-roofs, drainage, civils, and tarmac projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise site teams, ensuring high-quality work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and organize works according to a programme and construction drawings, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's quality and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Travel to various site locations in the region, utilizing a company vehicle to facilitate site visits and project management.

Requirements

  • Trade experience, preferably in bricklaying, carpentry, groundworks, and a strong understanding of construction trades and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and instruct site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to various site locations.
