We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site relating to water recycling contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing on SHEQ, time, and cost.
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager to manage direct labour and supply chain teams to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with scheme deliverables.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards to ensure all work meets required water industry regulations and company-approved standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the water industry, particularly on Clean Water Installations.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Full driving license.
