Job Summary
Enable Infrastructure Ltd is a leading infrastructure development company seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive growth and delivery in the Rail civils and infrastructure markets in Wales & western.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full life cycle and delivery of projects, supervising the work of construction managers and other project staff.
- Responsible for the delivery of projects on time and on budget.
- Undertake the duties of Contractor's Responsible Engineer (CRE-C) for the construction involved with our railway projects in compliance with the Network Rail standards.
- Ensure all temporary works are being managed compliantly, including engineering assessments of nominated personnel carrying out engineering roles within their remit.
Requirements
- Experience in the installation, construction, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Rail civils experience.
- MAPM or similar or degree (mandatory).
- APMG Project Planning & ControlTM Foundation and Practitioner (or working towards), or PRINCE.
- Hold Authorized CRE status (minimum under mentorship).
Desirable Skills
- Numerate and able to demonstrate strong Excel, project, and PowerPoint skills, computer literacy is essential.
- An excellent understanding of project controls and commercial management.
- NEC contract & Network Rail contract appreciation or accreditation.
