Our in-house production team is innovative and committed to producing engaging video content that promotes health and wellness. With a focus on creativity and excellence, the team aims to inspire and educate audiences through captivating visual narratives. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a skilled Multimedia Production Supervisor to elevate our production capabilities.

As the Multimedia Production Supervisor at Karo Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of all video and photography projects. You will lead all pre-production efforts, including set design, artistic direction, and ensuring that all preparatory components align with our strategic objectives. Your role will be essential in managing our network of talented freelancers and our internal production team to ensure the efficient and effective execution of projects, leveraging their expertise to produce outstanding content that adheres to briefs and brand standards. Your responsibilities will encompass budget oversight, project timelines, location and talent sourcing, as well as overall project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the pre-production phase, including concept development, storyboarding, and script evaluation.
  • Oversee artistic direction and set design, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all production activities stay within financial limits.
  • Coordinate project management tasks, including scheduling and resource distribution.
  • Manage and expand our network of freelancers while leading our internal production team.
  • Scout and secure optimal locations and talent, coordinating with external agencies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, obtaining all necessary filming permits and rights.
  • Assess potential risks associated with projects and implement preventative measures.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in video production technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film, Media Production, Art Direction, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, with a strong emphasis on pre-production and team management.
  • Proven expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of video production.
  • Leadership experience, particularly in managing diverse teams and external contributors.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and/or other software is advantageous.
