We are currently seeking a talented **Digital Creative Lead** to join our team in Maidenhead on a maternity cover basis for 12 months.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling designs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create engaging product visuals, e-commerce assets, social media content, email marketing materials, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for various digital and e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage assigned design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital design to continuously enhance skills and provide innovative solutions.
- Work with strategic design leads to maintain a cohesive and unified visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new design ideas and concepts.
- Mentor designers within the studio, fostering a culture of high-quality design and best practices.
- Adhere to VBL Guidelines and create brand templates.
- Establish relationships with external design talent for specialized or ad-hoc design requirements.
- Promote collaborative design practices to cultivate a strong 'Design Tribe' within Karo.
- Present a compelling portfolio demonstrating an exceptional understanding of design principles and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Exhibit expert knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Possess video editing skills to enhance digital content and create engaging multimedia experiences.
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment and respond positively to direction.
- Manage time efficiently and possess organizational skills, enabling the handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Communicate clearly to present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- A degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate ambition, a proactive approach, and a problem-solving mindset towards business opportunities and challenges.
- Focus on outcomes rather than solely relying on established processes.
- Exhibit a high level of adaptability and willingness to learn, coupled with a desire for continuous growth and development.
