Supply Chain Coordinator

Our cutting-edge plant is currently under development, and we are in search of a Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance our team.

We seek a knowledgeable and meticulous Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the issuance of subcontract tenders and manage the comprehensive procurement process.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in establishing operational procedures, along with exceptional communication capabilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and manage project-specific subcontract tenders
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and protocols
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to fulfill project objectives
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain supplier partnerships
  • Monitor and report procurement activities to upper management
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and promote efficiency enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement
  • Strong grasp of subcontract tender management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to establish and refine operational procedures
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
