We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our psychiatric team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of psychiatric professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care pathways.

Requirements
  • Full GMC registration and Specialist Register status.
  • Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing psychiatric teams.
