About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with general adult mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and clinics for new patients and follow-up reviews. You will also lead the weekly MDT meeting to review patient progress and assist with task management for your patients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold full GMC registration and be included on the Specialist Register of the GMC or be eligible for entry within 6 months of the interview date. You should also be Section 12 Approved at the time of commencing employment and have or be eligible for Approved Clinician Status.
