Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Tredegar House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of F&B operations, including managing a large and diverse team, ensuring visitor satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of six direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor experience, increase sales, and drive business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of Health and Safety compliance, including Food Safety, allergens, COSHH, staff training, and risk assessments.
- Manage the P&L account, ensuring budgets are delivered, and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with the F&B Area Manager and wider property team to ensure a cohesive 'one team' approach and exceptional visitor experience.
- Proven experience in leading a high-volume F&B environment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L accounts.
- Level 3 food safety experience, with a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, with a customer-focused approach.
