**Job Summary**

As a Bar and Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing the team, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the hotel team to deliver a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory management, food safety, and team performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

**Requirements**

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a food and beverage department at a supervisory level
  • Excellent people and team management skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain food safety standards
