Job Title: Store Supervisor - USC

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at USC. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and driving store performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales advisors to deliver fantastic customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Proactively drive store performance across all departments, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maximise sales and product availability while controlling costs and ensuring efficient store operations
  • Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service and drive company TV's
  • Promote our values and culture to internal and external parties, and ensure store standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • Responsible and trustworthy individual with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to police procedures and policies through your people, and promote a culture of compliance
  • Passion for retail, people, and developing a career, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, and promote our values and culture
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
