Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Click & Collect Product Genius. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and helping customers get excited about our products.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide informed advice to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Working Hours
As a Click & Collect Product Genius, you will work on a rota basis, covering 5 days out of 7, including some weekends and evenings (approximately 39.5 hours a week).
