Job Description

**Technical Business Analyst Role at Smart IT Frame LLC**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between customer needs and technology capabilities, driving efficient software development and user experience.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with business leaders to elicit, analyze, document, refine, and communicate business needs, ensuring effective solutions are delivered. Your deep understanding of customer needs, business vision, and strategy will enable you to prioritize investments, business value, and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain the product functionality backlog, working closely with business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Business Product Management to define larger and more complex solution components for IT departments, breaking them down into logical discrete units for development.
  • Authenticate technical integration across multiple enterprise software systems.
  • Communicate the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint.
  • Elaborate user stories for implementation, working with Business Analysts across IT to ensure alignment toward the company vision.
  • Ensure the Product Backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value.
  • Engage with key customer contacts and Product Managers to ensure all relevant inputs to the Product Backlog have been collected and prioritized.
  • Participate in team planning meetings, providing advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint.
  • Inspect, accept, or reject completed work from the development Sprint.
  • Demonstrate completed product functionality to internal partners at the completion of each Sprint.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude and drive to learn new technologies and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years as a Business Analyst or Business Analyst with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems.
  • 3 years of experience working with Agile development methodologies, including extensive user story definition and writing.
  • 3 years of experience working with large development teams, with multiple Scrum teams and development interdependencies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience as a Scrum Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager working with Agile Delivery Teams utilizing Agile Scrum Kanban.
  • Deep understanding of web service technologies, user interface interaction, batch systems, and knowledge of systems development and project management life cycles.
  • Experience developing a Product Roadmap and influencing key business partners for consensus on business priorities.
