Job Title: Business Analysis Manager

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business analysis, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and technologies.
