Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description

Your new company is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Global Manufacturing Business team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in business decisions by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to shareholders and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present performance reporting analysis to shareholders and management
  • Design and deliver the annual budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning
  • Prepare board slides on performance insights and financial analysis, providing actionable recommendations
  • Assist in consolidating inputs and modeling the P&L, cash flow, and working capital, ensuring accurate financial projections
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive financial decision-making and improve business outcomes
  • Provide cost analysis and insights, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a FP&A team, preferably in a growing organization
  • Experience within the manufacturing or similar industry, although not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with interpreting and providing insights on financial data, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with improvement projects within FP&A, driving process efficiency and effectiveness
