About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and training to sales advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
