Job Title: Commercial Vendor Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Vendor Manager to join our team at Bis Henderson. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing vendor management best practices throughout the Facilities Management Service Provision for both Hard & Soft Services across all operating sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of key strategic vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and cost control.
  • Oversee vendor purchase order and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to drive business growth and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of facilities management operations and technical requirements (RAMS, Permit to Work, SFG20, HTM standards, waste disposal).
