Job Title: Commercial Vendor Manager

Job Summary:

The Commercial Vendor Manager will report to the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain and be responsible for developing and implementing vendor management best practices throughout the Facilities Management Service Provision for both Hard & Soft Services across all operating sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the performance of key strategic vendors to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
  2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  3. Oversee vendor purchase order and billing processes to maintain cost control and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  1. MCIPS qualified or working towards.
  2. Proven experience in vendor management, cost management, and legal contracting.
  3. Previous facilities management sourcing experience and a basic understanding of facilities management operations and technical requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and IT skills.
