Job Title: Commercial Contract Legal Advisor

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, we're on a mission to make good health more affordable and accessible. We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Legal Advisor to join our UK and Irish Hub legal team.

About the Role

As a Commercial Contract Legal Advisor, you will be a key member of our legal team, providing high-quality and commercially focused legal services to our UK and Irish commercial business units. You will work closely with senior members of the business and legal teams, as well as the wider EU Legal Leadership team and UK Leadership teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice to business partners on contract law and strategic matters.
  • Support the Senior Legal Counsel in team on general procurement projects and contracts.
  • Manage legal risk in a manner that supports and facilitates commercial success.
  • Partner with business colleagues on initiatives to develop new ways of building relationships and business opportunities with customers.
Requirements
  • Post-qualification Law experience within the UK of circa 3 years PQE.
  • Strong technical contract law knowledge with experience of negotiating commercial contracts.
  • A commercial mindset, with a desire to make a difference and work with senior members of commercial and legal teams.
