Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to lead our regional marketing efforts in Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive consumer demand and establish our brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing communications strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, including training institutes, industry associations, and other key stakeholders
  • Plan and execute local offline marketing and PR initiatives to engage with the community and promote our brand
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular reports and updates to our leadership team on marketing performance and progress
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong understanding of local consumer culture and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed
