Job Opportunity at Klarent Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide night-hour reception services to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, achieving positive outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with the Night Manager and Night Reception Supervisors, sharing relevant feedback and information.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in training courses and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts.
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities using up-selling techniques.
  • Process foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
  • Operate front of house equipment and property management systems in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as necessary, providing support and contributing to a positive team environment.
