Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in all aspects of running the site, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to maintain profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for fresh food, beer, and premium wines and spirits, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
